Conditions of Sale

1. Service and subject definition
Sixtona Intermediación S.L. (denominated in the following with the name of Organization) guarantee the provision of accommodation services and if required, other services that the activity ErasmusEnMadrid will put at your disposal.
2. Reservation
Reservations and consultations can be made by different means.

During the process of reservation, the student asserts he/she knows and accepts the following conditions of sale.
This way everything declared in these conditions of sale is a legal obligation for the student and for the Organization. The student is obliged to give all necessary personal details in order to make the reservation.
3. Payment forms
After your petition we will inform you about the availability and every specific data of the selected apartment according to your demands, with general photos and characteristics.
Up to this point, the reservation is made effective with the payment of 200€.
The payment can be made:
-in cash in Sixtona Intermediación S.L. seat in Madrid, Calle Huertas 17, 2 exterior(Ex.) derecha (Dch.);
-by bank transfer or money order to the account number facilitate to ErasmusEnMadrids’ staff to confirm the reservation.
At the time of the arrival to Madrid, the student will be immediately accompanied to the apartment where he/she will have to pay for the rest of the deposit (we ask one months of deposit) and the first rent month. Besides, the contract will be signed for the student time of stay, in order to ensure the rights of the student and the Organization; this way the student is bound to pay every month to the Organization with the rescission rights indicated below.
4. Contract
At the moment of the arrival, the student will sign a contract for the duration of his/her stay and will be able to rescind that contract at any moment, notifying the Organization with at least 25 days in advance, independently of the reason why he/she has made the decision.
5. Organization obligations
The Organization obligations are to control service provision and guarantee the students a complete assistance from the moment of their arrival to the moment of their departure.
The Organization will comply with every obligation indicated except for the extraordinary circumstances cases (art. 1).
6. Client obligations
The student has the obligation to:
- pay the rent during the first week of the months
- respect the rules of cohabitacion.
7.Privacy
We inform that all personal details will be treated with total respect according to the law 675/1996 and will be used with the only objective of providing the demanded service. These personal details can be cancelled from our files by petition of the student at any moment.
